We encourage you to spread the ideas from Stanford Social Innovation Review to your networks!
Please feel free to link to our free articles as often as you would like. To photocopy or forward electronic copies of articles, be sure to purchase copyright permission. Check out some options below. If you have further questions related to reprints and permissions, please contact Shayani Bose, publishing and marketing manager, at [email protected].

Permission to make paper or digital reprints
To make copies—paper or digital—of any article in Stanford Social Innovation Review, you must purchase copyright permission. If you’d like to distribute a finite number of the PDFs via email, photocopy or other means, you are welcome to purchase the rights at Copyright Clearance Center and make the payment there. Between the 'journal' and 'e-journal' options, select the one where the article sits (print/digital). You will be directed to a site where you can choose how you’d like to distribute the content. The price is $0.50/page per copy for academic and nonprofit use, $0.75/page per copy for business and general use.

 'Un-gating' an article for perpetuity
In an effort to provide broader user availability to content on ssir.org, partner organizations can pay a one-time fee to “Unlock/Ungate Access” to article(s) for perpetuity. See an example here. If you are willing to know more about this approach, please contact Shayani Bose, publishing and marketing manager at [email protected].

 Bulk order of magazine
If you want to place an order for 10 or more copies of the current issue, please contact us. Each copy of the magazine will cost $12.95 (+ shipping on the actual).

 Printed books or digital publications
We offer permission to reprint an entire article or part of an article in a printed book or digital publication or website. Price is based on the size of circulation/distribution.
